The Challenge
Sentu was starting from scratch with no existing brand identity. Their goal was to create a sophisticated and cohesive brand that would attract a more upmarket clientele.



My Approach
I began with thorough research and competitive analysis to understand the luxury spa market and the expectations of its clientele. Developing moodboards helped establish a visual direction that conveyed elegance, calm, and exclusivity. This research phase informed every design decision to ensure alignment with Sentu’s business goals.
The branding was crafted to reflect sophistication and tranquility, using a muted color palette and refined typography. Signage designs extended this identity into the physical space, creating a cohesive and inviting experience.
For the website, I focused on clean, intuitive navigation paired with rich visuals to highlight the spa’s offerings and partnerships. The build emphasised responsiveness and ease of use to appeal to discerning visitors browsing on any device.



The outcome
The refreshed brand successfully positioned Sentu as a leading spa in Edinburgh’s luxury market. They secured a contract with Made for Life Organics and became a preferred referral partner for major hotels in the area a significant boost to their visibility and clientele.
